I will provide a free business health check as developed by Initiatives in Business Development. This usually involves about an hour of your time and will highlight the key areas for savings and potential growth areas.
If we agree that there is work to be done then we can discuss what that is and over what timescale. There is no set fee for this work but instead I prefer to agree the value of the work to be done and what benefits will flow to the company. We can agree what the company can afford initially and as the savings arise or increased income is generated. I only proceed where there is mutual benefit and you understand what work is being done. Once the fee has been agreed I look for immediate payment upon completion of the work.
I am always willing to discuss other charging structures to accommodate your requirements such as operating on the basis of a fixed monthly fee, for a roughly pre-determined volume of work.
If I need to bring in a specialist this will be only done with your agreement and they will be managed by me so you do not have all that hassle.
Lobbying
For my political lobbying work I charge the normal industry rates which
is from £500 - £1000 per day depending on the size of the company or
organisation.
